Pablo Pardo

Embracing the "less is more" ideology, Pablo Pardo often challenges traditional design metaphors to create practical solutions free of decorative elements. At the forefront of American contemporary lighting design, Pardo draws on advanced technology and materials to create unique, transformative, sustainable designs.

Born in Venezuela, Pardo graduated from the University of Cincinnati's renowned industrial design program, then honed his skills on a wide range of products. In 1993, he formed internationally recognized Pablo Designs, based in San Francisco.

Ralph Reddig

Haworth Design Studio member Ralph Reddig joined Haworth in 2007. As a senior industrial designer, his goal is to bring a fresh perspective to each opportunity, fusing the proven and the new, to create meaning and support the way people learn and work.

Reddig has also worked in the Advanced Concepts Group at Kohler, has independently developed conceptual lighting products, and has designed a variety of award-winning, patented products for homes and commercial applications. He holds a degree in industrial design from Kendall College of Art and Design and has studied at The New School for Social Research.
